Zen Mode
heartbreaks
soul aches
they teach us
impermanence
thereby correcting
our orientation
to be void centric
moment by moment
breath by breath
embracing and releasing
the rising and subsiding
of waves of emotion
as they ebb and flow
that we finally get to
vibrant nonchalance
in a mood celebratory
flowing through life
leaving no residue
