Zach G

from the early moments of his

late night vh1 special that evaporated as quickly

as whence it had

come

mr. galifianakis has made us spit up blood with

laughter

staring at us behind the beard

(which he actually shaved in real time as a gimmick to get

people to watch his show which got canceled anyway),

and peering into our most inner being with those

beady eyes,

muttering comments that remind of us of the great stephen

wright,

while at the time zonking us with an odd sort of wit

that might be spawned if will ferrell was sitting around a

little card table eating bite-sized sandwiches with some of the

guys from Kids in the Hall.

he came bumbling into most people’s conversations when

in The Hangover as alan,

who wooed us all with his declaration of the

one man wolf pack---

after that, many people

began to warm up to his special brand of oddity,

following him on his uphill movie career,

while at the same time

sitting down to watch the genius conjure his magic

while he himself

sits down between two large ferns in crappy elementary school

lunchroom chairs

to interrogate celebrities &

tickle our funny bones even further.

a particularly unique attribute of zach’s is how he chooses to

deal with

hecklers

who interrupt him during his stand-up---

at his show he invited a person who had been talking in the front row

up on stage with him &

subsequently got to know her,

weaving it all into his act,

while never losing his audience &

never ceasing the continuous laughter---

let us hope that zach’s comedic life only progresses &

that we are lucky enough to witness it,

while holding our stomachs in a perpetual

guffaw.
