You'Ve Been Hurt

Unpredictable
You...you have been hurt
You're discreet...distraught

You're labels mean naught
When you and I hang out, love
Let all envy rot...

Don't hoard hate towards foes
Don't sow discord with others
Appreciate, mate

 Unity with all
Is a great thing to achieve
Love your enemies

Though I'm so sheepish,
I'll follow my faithful flock
Towards His grand kingdom

Write with your might please
With your verses, you heal me
Put my heart at ease

Discuss with me, love
What's on your mind right now, friend?
Whatchoo talking of?

All I say is true
I lend you my eager ears
I'll listen to you

Express yourself too
Don't be scared of being you
Behave and be brave

I'm a role model
In response, be respectful
I won't give you hell

Don't impress others
You're better than that, smart kid
Don't worry and pout

If only you knew
How much I care about you
I don't mind your voice

Show me your heart, dear
Give me your all and move on
You've been hurt, I fear

Worried about you
I can tell you've been hurt...ooh...
You've been led astray...

Oh Lord of Accord...
I'm lost, but never found
Don't lose hope, doubt less

Intimate desire
You will find your other pair
You lift me higher

Not alone - shot gun
The Friendship and Fellowship
Together, we run

Here's a seat for you
We fight with our might for peace
For future accord

A random appearance to disrupt your day. LOL You sound more and more empowered each time no matter how painful the subject may be. You can empower others by going in this direction and that's exactly what writers like me are looking for in my peers. I want to be empowered. I want to feel. I feel empowered when I read your work esp. when it deals with facing horrors.

Thank you wholeheartedly. These poems were made out of haikus at first, and then I made several of them afterwards. You are always welcome - JWM
