Yours Forever

Years gone by,
But you still believe,
That someday soon,
I will leave.
I'm still here,
I'm right by your side,
I took an oath,
When I became your bride.
Sickness and health,
I'll be with you,
Then came the words,
Of "I do."
I promise you forever,
I won't leave you, honey,
Even with no food or shelter,
Even with no money.
My heart is yours,
I gave it years ago,
And it's yours forever,
I just wanted you to know.
