You'Re the Prelude To My Story

You're the prelude to my story, the punctuation to my end; You enrich me.

You walk towards me and I watch the edges of the world blur; You amaze me.

My eyes are the sun. A golden ship sinking into the sky of your eyes; You soothe me.

My hands in yours is like coming home; You restore me.

My skin has found new skin; You inspire me.

And whatever good I do from here,

I’ll know it’s because you love me.
