You'Re So Vain

"You probably think this poem is about you"

Like a game of chess
I must strategize my every move
You're playing with my senses
Making me question myself

Your Outrageous declarations
Bamboozle me
I want to believe your words of wonder
My heart hears what my mind cannot fathom.

What is there?
Behind the smoke and mirrors that you use the capture your prey
Lies the wizard
You said you'd grant the wishes if I brought you back the witches broom, but now
that I have you won't let me collect my reward
