You'Re Late

You're sorry that you're late?
I have been waiting all day,
And now that you've finally shown up
That's all you have to say?

Whenever you wanna hangout with friends
I understand, really I do,
But you always expect me to drop everything
So I can make time for you

Everytime you "forget" to call
There's always some excuse,
Why do I forgive you every time
When I know there's just no use?

Do I not mean anything to you?
Because you sure act like I don't
It seems you know I'll always be there
Well, guess what? Someday I won't

What goes around comes around
I'm just waiting for the day,
Whan you finally say you're sorry
And I have the nerve to say.

I'm sorry that you're late
But I've found somebody new,
I finally just had to give up
I was tired of wating on you
