Your World Upside Down

You look up, you look down. You're looking all around. Nothing is the same. Every rock turned. Everything out of order. You hate it. The world you once knew. Gone. Crumbled. Shattered into a trillion pieces. No one to pick up the mess but you. You're young, which makes you weak. The indifference between being hopeful and hopeless doesn't settle well in your stomach. You hurt, and gag with every headache. Day after day. You want to run, run away. Far away. From everything you've ever known.
