Hi, I’m glad you’re joining me here,
It’s about time we had our talk,
We’ve known each other our entire lives,
Now come with me for a walk,
Through words that you are reading here,
Through the words on this page,
Through the words now walking inside your head,
That your mind has rearranged,
And I bet you’re wondering who I am,
These words you’re reading through,
Well, hello, pleased to meet you at last,
Because the truth is: I am you,
I am the words that made you
The most beautiful poet that you’ve become,
I am the most beautiful words that you now are,
The words that beat your drum.
