Your Smile Lingers

warm feel of the embrace
withering leaves
time stops
hangs like a spider
celebration of life

intoxicating lips
wander in the dark valley
scents the lanes of the mind
a long sojourn
wonder like a child
floating on thin air
unsettled memory waning
your smile lingers
