Your Reach Is Your Longing

Sacred value in the heart churning
I do not wish to offer excuses
For why I left and never came back

But we always come back
I'm learning this in form
So I don't have to perform

In gated cities lies the moat
Unstrangled and blesses with air

Quiet motions encircle me
Your truth is your beauty
Your reach is your longing

The sun is shining bright here this morning in Ohio and I am enjoying reading some very interesting and outstanding writing. So happy to see yours among the ones I am able to read this fine day before I get busy. Have a wonderful day and thank you so much for sharing your poetry with us Justin. Love, Carol
