Your Poems and My Young Eyes

Each word on the page Has its own distinctive weight, Coated in ever so viscous messages Singing in sweet droplets I read your page, Gently glancing through... Your secret emotions, Impossible for me to consume.

Oh no, I think you thought that the word was 'vicious' syrup. I meant that sometimes we pour our deep emotions into it, and sometimes it's hard for others to feel the same way, like when I'm feeling happy and reading a sad poem, or vice versa, it has no effect on me whatsoever, kind of like vapor water. And thanks for the comment! I appreciate the thought, it's free for interpretation really, but I shall work more in getting the message across. Thanks again.

Very thoughtful. I feel the same reading some very venomous stuff.
