Your Love

I have written my grief, detailed each lurid stage. I whispered goodbye in the dark of night while years gone by let life begin. Yet I haven’t celebrated Your Love. I have mourned with my own childish selfish demands, which only a Mother could understand. I have longed for pieces of you, to just visit in momentary conversation. As if I could re-animate your spirit into my daily re-awakening, even when there was no one left to hear… I want to re-live you, to pull your essence back into this world. -instead I have the memories pouring through my mind, Shining in radiance of Your Love. -Your Love- like the flow of tides and currents around the earth, Surrounding my heart past the gates of eternity, Waiting, breathing, pulsing in my soul reminding me of your realness, Even in the absence of tangible flesh to hold -Your Love- Embracing my heart never leaving, - Your Love- where I learned the power of Faith To know you never left me.
