Your Heart's Eyes

sometimes

you see what

you want to see

what you need

too see

what your heart

has to see

but your heart’s eyes

have made you blind

then one day you

look in the mirror

and you notice

not so much your

reflection but

the reflection of

the world around

you which is not

what it seemed

and you notice

in this reflection

your reflection

is missing

so fragile is

the nature of hope

Thank you for your support Probir. You are the best. I've been out of sorts here traveling for business the last month. I look forward to getting caught up on some of your work since that time. Thank you again. You are a valued friend. Forrest

Hope is easily crushed. For me...I have found... I expect it to be crushed... but I jump out of bed every morning willing/needing to try again... just in case
