Your Hand

Your hand you offer when times get hard. Your wisdom guides the paths taking. Looking to the heavens I see your light. twinkling in the evening sky. Holding tight to your memory tonight, I know everything will be alright. There are no obstacles to grand, when you're holding my hand. An angel is what you are. Protecting me from a far.

Nice to see this rhyme as a winner. I am starting to have a different view on "winning"...if u have touched someone's heart by uplifting them or tapping into some forgotten emotion...that is a winning write.
