help its light to grow
See how all darkness fades,
enabling love to flow
Feel how your chest comes to rest,
how inner warmth appears,
like a kind warm embrace
soothing all pain and tears
In this warmth your inner light
brightens and glows,
burning away harsh edges
so what no longer serves clears out
This reveals you are pure love,
love without end,
affirming your gentleness
is your greatest strength
