Your Face I Kiss

Morning sunlight, beaming your name
Early morn dew, steaming like flame
Clouds curled blue, tinged in orange kiss
Your lips I keep, your face I kiss

Beasts of the East, flying with ease
Feasts of geese, heartwarming like bees
Your skin dipped on honey-glazed peas
Your lips I keep, your face I kiss

Afternoon sunlight, your face lit
Winds of open sea, your lips split
Smiling with trees, your scent I miss
Your lips I keep, your face I kiss

What a kind, love poem. The poet seems to miss his beauty that he will always kiss and seems somewhat at peace with that. What a touching line at the end of each stanza. It painted a warm hug picture for me.
