Your April Shower
Open the gates of time and let me savor its moments
allow me to ignite like a lantern in the dark of night
watching firework displays in the midnight blue sky
Share with me the essence of eternity in one kiss
take me to the forest of your dreams and shine me
like the aurora borealis lights inside the milky way
Dance with me oh heart and do as you will I trust you soul
glide me around in the snow and slide me down the hill
straight into the narrow gulf of a wishful hopeful day
Abide in my abode and live with me inside my cabin nook
where fires roar and night implores us like scented pillows
be my matrix my Rubix cube my everything that is true...
Open the gates of time and let me lose myself in the hour
I'll be your July sun, your January blitz even your April shower
