Your Agony Is Your Opportunity
Smouldering thoughts of pain
Blistering feelings that can make a person gain
The opportunity exists; the agony might persist
But the spirit of resilience will win
Your agony is your opportunity
Your pain today is your power tomorrow
There is an arrow of certainty that
Will show you the moment of opportunity
Your opposition is your opportunity
Your struggle is the road to victory
Your story is beyond the pain
Holding on can make a person gain
Smouldering thoughts of victory
Blistering feelings that can enhance a person’s story
The opportunity exists; the agony might persist
But the spirit of resilience will win
