Young Survival

At a young age I begin to know the truth The fantasies and stories in my head begin to fade The happy endings doesn't exist anymore I begin to know what the world was like People didn't sing joyful songs There is no prince charming Love is not in the year From a young age Curiosity exposed the real world Where terrible things happened Where nobody cared Where the money is the king And beauty is the queen And we all are merely peasants I was young And i didn't knew what happened I didn't knew why everything is black My parents tried to protect me But they knew it was inevitable Because we all have to face it And now I must learn how to survive
