Young Forever

I was forced to grow up quick, but I'll remain young forever
Never had a childhood, so let's go and do something dumb together
Let's act reckless tonight and deal with the consequences tomorrow
Let's stay young forever and enjoy it because our time is borrowed

Life throws all sorts at us that we're forced to catch
So I have no apologies for tonight or the thoughts I lack
I'm going to give my all, and I'll never give short than that
We're not here for drama, so be respectful and be how you've been taught to act

Usually I would think before I show up
But tonight we drink until we throw up
We're going to party like hangovers don't exist
To enjoy ourselves is the target and we won't miss

I didn't have a childhood, so I refuse to be grown tonight
We're going to own the night
We'll deal with our problems tomorrow
Because we're not going home tonight

Tonight we forget our exes and past pain
Drink until we forget our last names
We'll dance while we play the music as loud as possible
Tonight we live without any obstacles

I was forced to grow up quick, but I'll remain young forever
Never had a childhood, so let's go and do something dumb together
Let's act reckless tonight and deal with the consequences tomorrow
Let's stay young forever and enjoy it because our time is borrowed
