You'Ll Get Back, What You'Ve Given Me
You came to me, like a drifting breeze,
and shared your love so tenderly.
Loving you with open arms, looking for
love, that I had longed.
You took away my lonesome heart, and
gave my life a brand new start.
The winds they changed, I don't know (repeat)
why.
Thought it was love, was I surprised. (repeat)
She said, "I'm sorry hon, I must move on.
Don't be sad, you'll find someone."
My heart and soul you stole from me and
now you walk away so free.
I can't look back, there is too much pain.
I'll try and love and trust again.
I walk alone, this lonesome road, and want
my heart back that you stole.
Life isn't fair you wait and see. You'll get (repeat) Total 2 times
back, what you've given me.
