You'Ll Be Back

when you left me in your dying bed,
I forced myself to think in my seemingly empty head,
That you would be back.
You'll be back,
You'll be back,
Over and over again until the pain seemed to cease.
I had given up hope on life at ease.
On life itself,
On love,
On me
And the love that we both once held so dear.
