You Will Always Be a Friend To Me
I know we've had our differences in the past.
I know we've said some things that we didn't really mean.
But you will always be a friend to me.
Through hard break-ups, you were there.
When I wanted to cry you made me laugh.
When I wanted to think about him, you made me think of someone else.
You will always be a friend to me.
When I was bored on those hot summer days, you humored me.
When I was naive and blind, you made me see.
When I was stupid, you were my realization.
You will always be a friend to me.
Now i must promise you, like you have promised me.
I will always be there for you, through thick and thin.
From beginning to end.
Because I love you, dear friend.
I know you will always be a friend to me.
This poem was written for the most amazing people in the world. My friends.
