You Will

emptiness is a flickering light
in an alley of limping cats.
an empty fridge with a quart
of milk or empty tables at a posh restaurant.

its the history of the unfinished
                           the undone
                           the unknown.
an empty can of beer under the sun spitting
into the ashes of human beings.
