You were truly different
You were truly different from all the rest!
Your gaze held a mysterious world, so blessed.
In childhood, I thought that in my garden of dreams,
Happiness like yours was more than it seems.
I met you.
In a whirlwind, I find my way,
Every day, I wait for you to stay.
If my heart hadn’t trembled at first sight,
You’d never know all my depths and light.
These days, people have their accounts,
They say love is just words that mount.
Without its power, if love didn’t shine,
No one would feel life's essence divine.
A thousand butterflies swarm to the light,
Even if wings burn, they still take flight.
In life, there are butterflies all around,
But none love each other, like we have found!
