You Wanted

YOU WANTED

Indeed, you wanted
Your man, your love
To be fearless, strong
A fighter and a winner
Be it physical, in mind and spirit
Thinking though he is
Not a weakling and a  bankcrupt
But truly judicious, fair to say adept!

Still, you wanted him at least
Maybe likened to a robot machine
Thus, your order is his command
His heart patented as steel, heated in fire
Not thereby hearty, compassionate and humane
Many times more than failed
Than just to stand his ground
Solemn in love with you.
