You Want To Be Loved

You just want to be loved
If only for the night
Or be it a lovely text in the morning
You want to be held
Made aware of your importance
Cherished and kissed by words you never thought you’d hear
You want to feel everything
And commit to nothing
You want to rid yourself of the weariness of your thoughts
Indulge yourself with the beauty of certainty
But at the same time you want to be your own strength
No one to give you the happiness you already have
You want to not want that loving
And never give them the ticket to your also absolute misery
But you want It all
You want that happy feeling inside your chest to bounce again
You want that smile that escapes your lips without realizing so
You want to know you are enough
And beautiful
And loved
Even if it means that you won’t know it forever.
