You Speak To My Heart
I have gotten used to the way we communicate now,
Without outside interference, I love the sound,
The in between silence, the heart behind your words,
What you really meant to say is exactly what I heard,
Your presence brings peace and love to my soul,
A friendship I know I will never let go,
God has kept us close, near or far,
And you will always have that piece of my heart.
