You Set the Fire Alight
The beauty inside you
Glows with the color of sunrise
In the mornings before my eyes
And when the night comes
It burns with a white luminous
Flame like a full moon does
The beauty inside you
Has set alight
The fire which burns with
A flame of love in my heart
But when I invite you
To come and feel the heat
Of this fire which burns for you
You refuse to do
I do try sometimes
To keep my thoughts away
From you but not even a day
Will pass without I longing
To hold in my hands
The beauty inside you
You set the fire alight
With this beauty inside you
