'you Must Resist the Urge To Quit'
At times life can get quite tough, you must resist the urge to quit
The fact that you decide to fight back, this proves you are mentally fit
Approach your day with courage, this will put you in good stead
Plant seeds of hope inside your mind and you'll evade shear dread
Try not to become overwhelmed by the work that lies ahead
Practice good habits every day and positivity will be spread
Right now you may find yourself in a very tough position
You may be down but you can turn this around if you make the right transition
Life's all about moving forward, do you believe in yourself
Once you adopt this new approach, it will aide your mental health
Fall in love with life again, fulfill your destiny
It's crucial you have self belief with success the recipe
Do not become disheartened if you experience a setback
Retaliate with a strong mental state by going on the attack
I would like to take this moment to say that I'm so proud of you
Think of my words as ammunition and they will help you see this through
No matter what life throws at you, perceive that you'll succeed
When I think of you I see a warrior, I'm sure you will agree
We are battle hardened, we're no strangers to war
Freedom, happiness and success are what we are fighting for
Just before you go to sleep at night, I want to leave you all with this
I truly believe that you have what it takes to fight your way out the abyss
