You Must Believe

It doesn't matter 
If you're not from my church
Just believe His message
And follow His words
         As our Forefathers did
         In the U S of A
         In GOD WE TRUST
         Needs to be on display
                 It's more important today
                 Than it was back then
                 They'd been through hell
                 But with these words, they'd win
Without these words
What is our course
In a few more years
They'll close every church
        There's no place where
        Those who believe can flee
        Once we are no longer
        Allowed down on our knees
                 Our only choice 
                 Is to listen to their words
                 And vote for the one 
                 We believe most deserves 
We still have that right, Maybe
To plead our case
By placing your mark
In just the right place
        Pray for the wisdom
        And with God's help
        We'll vote for the right
        Our Forefathers had
                 IN GOD WE TRUST
                 And the banner we wave
                 Can once again reign
                 In the U S of A

But first you must 

BELIEVE

Our forefathers founded the laws based on the belief, morality, now it's falling to the side, cast like it never meant anything. Well they better see soon or it will be too late for them. I believe! I wonder if the people trying to strip God from American life realize that if morality and justice and freedom were not a part of America, they would be able to do what they are doing.

Michael Jordan June 30, 2008 at 11:22 AM Hi Cile - I couldn't agree more Cile - Since the Government has taken the Lord out of virtually every aspect of the very foundation that it was built upon everything seems to be worse - They took it out of the schools and what has followed is children killing children because they feel that all is lost and hopeless - Seems like they could figure that out and correct the mistake before it gets even worse - Great poem Cile - Love you - michael Gracie Woodsinger April 26, 2018 at 12:52 PM I concur completely.
