You Looked Too Deep

YOU LOOKED TOO DEEP You looked too deep where no one's seen before into the very deepest part of me where hides my very breathing soul and more I'd not allowed the world to even see. You made your way right through my heart and mind and opened doors I thought were locked up tight through mazes quite complex that twist and wind into what makes me tick, but out of sight. The walls came tumbling down--you stripped me bare between two heartbeats you came all the way to see my greatest fear that trembled there and then you let me know you wouldn't stay. I sit and look out windows to no where and think of all the nothing that is there. © ron wilson arbuthnot aka Vee Bdosa the Doylestown Poet
