You Left Me

With your cute button nose, And glass bead-like eyes, Your big bright smile overexposed. When I'm with you time flies. That ring on my finger sold, To keep you safe, You're worth more than gold, Away from harm's way. As the white light thins, You begin to fade away. Gone but not forgotten, The prices you left forever guarded. A large hole dug, And your sins washed away, Covered with a precious rug, You were lowered to the ground. I still remember the way, How I cried that day. Two years back, Yet it feels as though It happened just yesterday, You died and left me in pain, Now only to be seen in my dreams.
