You Have the Ultimate Control
God
You gave me a revelation God
That I cannot control you
And that everything I do is your control
I can wish for things
But ultimately it is You who decides
Just knowing that is a lesson learned God
Because a lot of times I want this way and that
But you are saying You want it this way
Okay God You win
Your way is always best God
I may not know what is best for me
I can think that I do
But it is so far from the truth
You know better
And you are letting me know
Shedding light on me
God, I don’t know how many times I discovered
That your ways are always perfect
But will I ever learn God?
You truly are a good teacher
Because You show me what your ways look like
And You just keep guiding me
Your mercy has no boundary Lord
I still can’t believe that you are still putting up with me
I have put You through a lot
But You are still here
Saying “I am here”
What do I ever do without You?
