You Have Gone

You left us

For 

A better world they told me,

Victims to Covid-19 

And

Since that moment, your absence, 

A howling silence has become

That

With the passing of time,

Amplifies the grief for your loss 

In my bleeding

Heart.*

* The month of March I lost four very close friends and relatives whom I loved dearly. As time passes I miss them more and more. RIP!
