You Have Done Me Wrong

So after all these years I've
spent with you, you have done me wrong.
By letting my name disappear, you have done me wrong.
I'm sad and hurt, but I won't let you treat me this way.
For I know I am good and in a special way
I'll rise again.

So, you have hidden my name under new
and you have taken my Poems and scaittered them away.
But I am good and I will rise again.

My name--Marilyn and I am a Poetress
and Just like Maya, I will rise again.

So, hide me, cover my name.
My poems will rise again.
