You Handle the Tears

When I cry out in pain, you handle the tears. When I'm sad, or deranged, you handle the tears. It's my birthday, Wedding Day, or I just received a great gift. You handle the tears. The flowers he gives, the trauma I feel, the love, the joy is this all real. You love me and you handle the fears, once I handle the tears.
