You Gotta Wait

This goes out to all the bill collectors
 trying to get that deposit
You will get it when I get it so stay out my pocket
I know when all of my bills are due
Stop harrassing me, sweetie I got you
I'll pay you this week and then you next week
Stop calling me all day is commission that sweet
You don't have to threaten me I know my bill is late
They all are, you don't scare me, you just gotta wait

They asked me if I can borrow the money
I swear this story is true
I got mad and asked them can I borrow it from you
When they call you they so rude and then they get real bold
Sometimes I give them the dail tone or
I put them on a permanet hold
Money don't grow on trees
Boy I even get mad at the mailman
Money is tight right now but they just don't undrestand
I feel like a lion trapped in a gate
But Iam not going to stress myself you just gotta wait
You will get paid I will find a way
But for now sorry for the inconvience you have a nice day.

A joy to read an oldie by one of my favorite poets Faleshia. Hope you are doing well today and everyday. My prayers are with you always. Love, Carol
