You Give Me Wings
love your presence in my life
because of you, time is so careful
i never want you to leave from my world
however i know your life is what it is
nevertheless, i treasure every moment God blesses me with you
you make the house of my world whole as well as wholesome
your absence in my life is like an awakening devoid of proper purpose
without you, i am just a shell of a man
you may think i am full of it
you may dismiss this is some kind of nonsensical wit
i give you my poetic word
my aim is honest with every noun, adjective, and verb
love the refreshing elements of you in my life
because of you, time is forever nonexistent
i always want the colors of you to illuminate my world
