There is not a person alive who hasn't been hurt or disappointed by someone whom they loved and cherished. It is a sad awakening...especially when nothing but good has been done for the other. I understand these sentiments well.

There are too many people out there that would pull others down for trying to help, actually I am going through an event right now that is pulling me down, your poem is real, and I like it very much :)

Many will pull you down to their level to make themselves feel good and then step on you trying to rise above you. I have a "friend" who did this to me. I tried to pull him up and steer him in the right direction but all he wanted to do was belittle me and try to bring me down to his.

Sometimes people although they ask for one's help, after getting it they try to hurt the one who had helped them in the first place. Socrates, 469-399 BC, my ancestor, comes to mind when he said: " No enemy is more certain than the one you have benefitted" Thank you dear Kim!
