You Can Take the Next Person
I sit and I wait totally impatient.
A bit out of sorts until I remember
I have a notebook in the car
Left there in September.
I run out to get it.
They call my name upon my return.
You can take the next person I offer.
Not wanting my turn.
Dentist office of course.
