You Can Do It
You'll never amount to anything
That's what I was told
I stop believing what people spoke
It was getting old
I had full control of what and who I let in my life ??
Trying to fit in people doing things to me that wasn't nice
Talking about me
In the inside I was torn
Just was trying to make a way didn't mean no harm
Felt like the more I tried to do
I'd stumble
May have fell a few times
But I didn't crumble
Trying to escape though
Not that im ungrateful
Just trying to figure out how can be so hateful
Never let your obstacles get the best
Your a conqueror you can pass this test
Its nothing to it
But to go ahead
And really do it(do it)
Quit doubting
Its time for rerouting (rerouting)
Take a look at yourself
And just embrace it
Yes you can do it
Now its just time to face it
Don't put a limit or limitation
To get you out
Out of certain situations
Its a shame
How you will let the past
Determine the future (future)
Everyone makes mistakes that should suit ya
Nobody on earth is perfect
Lets make the best out of life
Lets work it
Put your smile on
Show etiquette,Speak highly
Got the faith inside me
With that along I can do(Thank you Lord)
Whatever I put my mind to
Its nothing to it
But to go ahead
And really do it(do it)
Quit doubting
Its time for rerouting (rerouting)
Take a look at yourself
And just embrace it
Yes you can do it
Now its just time to face it
Everybody knows like I know
It starts with self
Cant dwell on everybody else(everyone else)
You have to have room
For success
Even at your worst
Somehow it shines your best
No matter what you going through
The ultimate decision is up to you
For the better you could change
If comfortable you will remain
Promise you theres nothing to it
Than to go ahead and do it
Its nothing to it
But to go ahead
And really do it(do it)
