You Can Dance

The rain has stopped, the sky
is clear,
We can dance.
The rain has come and gone,
so we can dance.
David danced before the LORD.
His joy and thankfulness
Could not be contained.
For all the Lord did David danced.
For all God’s done for us
we too can dance.
Someone left you behind,
while others came just in the knick
of time.
We can dance.
When friends weren’t friendly,
and enemies were too many.
With the sorrow of life dragging you down,
just know there is light all around.
We can dance.
Our flesh may be weak,
But the spirit is willing.
We can dance.
Knowing it’s all in the hand of the Lord
we can dance.
He’s got it all under control
so we can dance.
