You Are Too Late

I know some people can be very cold hearted.. Even with love it cannot be warmer..
Even if i try my hearts feels the freeze and the coldness..
When I care too much.. You say its too much..
When I care less.. You say its not enough…
When I come closer.. you push me so far..
It’s really hard to tell what you really want…
Yet I still try to hang on. I still want to stay on..
But now that I have realized.. Whatever I do it’s not enough..
To keep you truly happy that I know very well now..
So I am going to move on…even your memories..
I am going to just keep locked on.. Just let it fade away..
I will not ask you why.. But I do know the reason why..
I am not the one you have been looking for.. You wanted for..
I too have been stabbed in the heart many times by me.. and by you ...
Take a closer look.. I am still bleeding…I am still hurting..
But I do not want to do the same to you or to the once around me..
Because I simply forgive.. Not only with words but with all my heart..
I simply willingly forgive… And I simply want to forget..
But I am sure there will be one day.. you will realize..
What you have missed but by then you are too late!

Hello Dilu D. Wijegunasekara, so nice to meet you. Good for you. It was not meant to be. It is better to move on. One day you will find someone new that will accept you for you. Have a nice day my friend.
