You Are Safe Now

We only get one go
And you’d throw that away?

We only get one chance
And you’d put that chance to flame?

We only got each other
‘Cos no one else cared

We only hold on to one another
‘Cos no one else dared

We only get one chance
Listen to me

Without you I’m nothing
And you’re nothing without me

Look into my eyes
Look and you’ll see

We only got each other
You’re safe now, you’re with me.
