You Are Not Here

you are not here
i will not breathe
though i live life
it has no meaning
loneliness lives with me everywhere i go
i want to send a message
blowing blue mist in the cold like a hammer throw
the quiet makes noise
the stillness has no poise
all colors are bland and void
sadness is a clown with an oscar dwelling in a trash can
wish you were here
only then could i properly breathe
though i live life
it has no purpose
loneliness lives with me everywhere i go
my message will always be in each and every flower
my unity sign kisses your tombstone with sincerity, love, and affection today and always....
