You Are Amazing As You Are- Contest

Folks may not get you or understand
    you and that's ok.
You're learning and growing, trying to
    make sense of the world.

I get it; you don't even understand why
    you do things you do.
But don't let negative people mold you
    into their perceptions of you.

You may be young and still finding your
    way,
but don't let anyone tell you something’s
    wrong with you.

Your quirks and flaws are a part of you,
no one is perfect, not even your haters.
Be your own cheerleader and tell yourself
positive affirmations when you are feeling
    low.

There's going to be a select few in your
corner that will have your back no matter
what. Who are they? You might ask?
They are non judgemental folks that
accept you for being your unique self.
They will not try to conform you into
what they want you to be.

Finally walk with your head up high.
and don't be too hard on yourself
    when you make mistakes. Because
    mistakes and failures are opportunities
to grow and learn new things.

Well Lexi what can I say, something's fishy here, I know I definitely left a comment. Anyway, this is very good advice especially for a teen these days so many have little self esteem. Very good!

That’s such good advice Alexis which should be out there and seen by anyone who’s lacking in self esteem. Wish I’d had this advice when I was a young girl. Best wishes... Belle
