You and I, (To Edward Roberts From Oklahoma)

We still do not know each other –

you and I.

We live in different parts of the World –

you and I.

We have different destinies and problems,

ideas and hopes,

customs and mentalities of our countries,

you and I.

But both of us are Poets!

You and I!

That is why we should understand and take into our hearts

ideas, feelings and poetry of each other,

you and I.
