You

Goose bumps all over,
Lips numbing,
My hands become clammy,
And my legs are like jelly
Butterflies in my belly
I see you

My face is flushed
I can't stop shaking
My hands are warm
And my tongue is paralyzed
You say hi

My nerves are wrecking
My cheeks are hot
My insides are tied in a knot
You give me a kiss

A smile on my face
The moment replaying gin my mind
I want to pass out
You say goodbye

The goose bumps are gone
My face has regained color
My nerves are in control
But...the smile is still there
I say goodbye
